While Frank was busy ravaging Metro Manila with a storm signal 3, we were also driving around scouting for lots. We’re okay with a direct buy or seek assistance from mortgage lenders for low interest deals. What we are after is a place sold within our budget range and is near to every basic facility like groceries, marketplace and transport terminals. Last night, we went to our former neighborhood in Pasig to check on the house and lot we heard is being sold. It’s a good place along a major road, just very near the place where we used to live. And the news is they are no longer selling it.
