If some of you are having sleepless nights, nightmares and are losing weight even without popping an Anoretix just because of credit card bills, I recommend paying Rene’s Diskarte a visit these days for practical legal remedies. Know your civil rights. (Apparently, in the Philippines, you’ve got several of them just in case you did not know.) Diskarte has enumerated ways to combat collection harrassments through legal means which helped a lot of his anxious readers get their sleep back. It’s time to sing a Hotdogs line “…sinong tinakot mo, ako ba?” to these credit collection monsters from hell who employ all kinds of dirty tricks to make your life miserable.
This is not to encourage everyone to get into debt and run away from the obligation. Pay your dues but let your awful experience be a lesson to you and never again be enslaved by your creditors. You will never know how things are going to turn up in the future. Live a simple and quiet life.

i know a few friends with horrifying tales of credit card collectors…btw, i’m one of the few people without that piece of plastic…
That’s good to hear…and keep it that way.
I have cancelled mine this year and shifted to visa debit.
thanks for the plug. ^0^
