Go To Anilao

It was my first time to visit Anilao in Batangas, one of the country’s famous diving sites. Since mom’s friend, Ate Mary, was going to attend her scuba-diving class, she invited me to come with her in this all-expense paid 2-day getaway. At the same time, it was a treat to celebrate my new-found job and get relaxed. I was also allowed to tag along a friend to accompany me while she’s out taking her lessons somewhere in the deep. So I plucked Nitay out of her usual Saturday Bible study schedule.

A good morning view of Anilao.

We left Manila as early as 6AM. With Ate Mary on the steering wheel and Scubaworld.com’s dive master Roger keeping her awake, we arrived in Outrigger Resort in less than three hours considering the entire length of SLEX being constructed. If you haven’t been through hell, I suggest you take SLEX on a Friday.

The air was crisp and everything else around the resort was calm and peaceful. Outrigger Resort was perched below the rocky hills of Mabini, Batangas. It was a typical diver’s zone – scuba gear rental booths, boatmen waiting, and divers checking their equipment, wind and water conditions. I was told that a complete diver’s equipment would cost around P50,000. Expenses paid for diving courses and trips to diving sites are excluded. Divers even have to undergo certification. This is quite an expensive and serious hobby.

Create Your Own Logo In Minutes

You don’t have to be a sophisticated graphic design wiz to come up with your own logo. Whether you’re starting out as an entrepreneur or basically as someone who happens to have a need for one, there’s an online facility that could help you design your own logo in a matter of minutes.

This is not just your ordinary instant logo-maker that often times produces mediocre results that you’d rather hide under the rug. As they say, talk is cheap. So here’s the proof:

card

Out of curiosity, I created my own logo design and business card in about ten minutes using the site’s design facility. Since I have always been interested in doing events, I thought about designing my own logo that would clearly convey the type of business I am into. I want something candid and elegant but at the same time serious and responsible. I think I have chosen well.

There are 6 steps to undertake, including business card layout. Each step gives you options – from your industry theme, chosen name, font type, colors to various layout selections. You can manipulate your own layout and make the entire look tech savvy, serious and candid, or whichever that suits you. It is ultra flexible and easy to use as there are no mathematical algorithms or any alien instructions involved. All you need is an internet connection and a dose of imagination.

Counterfeit Money Detectors

Counterfeiting of bills has become more sophisticated as authorities try to exhaust all possible means to crackdown their origins. Fake money changes hands too often that makes detection quite difficult. Counterfeit bills come into the possession of some people without them knowing it, until someone tells them so. And the whole investigation process is enough to ruin your day.

Problems like these are normally encountered by people visiting places abroad. Although these tourists are typically armed with credit and debit cards, they would still exchange their dollar bills into local currency as there are shops that do not possess card facilities. This opens them to a possibility of getting counterfeit bills from the transactions they make.

These are some of the reasons why counterfeit money detectors were created in the first place. The circulation of fake bills has to be stopped and confiscated from the possession of an individual. Fake money detectors such as the counterfeit pen detector would tell you if the bill in your wallet is genuine or fake. This type of pen can fit your purse or pocket and use it to mark the bill. If the mark is clear, the bill is genuine. But if it produces dark mark, then the bill is considered fake. UV detectors often come in the form of a pen or a key chain. This fake money detector could tell if the bill possesses the security thread and the denomination by simply putting it under the UV light.
