Most people have been brainwashed by this perception that anything sleek, thin, diminutive or slender is beautiful. It’s the catwalk lingo. That’s what designers dictate people should be. And it also has a way of isolating people who do not fall into that category.
This planet abounds with every alternative option to enhance physical beauty. Choices range from quick service cosmetic surgery clinics that offer stitching your way to the new you, enrolling yourself in rigid workout programs to simply popping the best diet pills available in the market. It’s just a matter of finding out which option would work best for you. But I suggest seeking medical advice from a general practitioner.
Physical beauty is pleasing to the eyes but it is your character that would count at the end of the day. You can be an overweight and still have that bubbly smart character most people adore. Getting into those skinny jeans does not chase all your demons away. You have a choice to be that miserable devil who wears Prada or be that someone who simply enjoys life to the fullest. Feeling good about yourself is what makes you beautiful inside and out.
