Another Filipino talent is about to steal the show.
A no vote from Simon Cowell did not stop nineteen-year-old Ramiele Malubay from Miramar, Florida from getting her ticket to Hollywood. Judges Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson helped seal her first take on her dream to be the first Asian-American idol.
Ramiele has a good vocal range and a pretty face despite her small frame and Simon’s comment about her as “a hotel singer”. She idolizes Season 3 Filipino-American Finalist Jasmine Trias and hopes to follow her footsteps someday.
